This space works as a catalyst for you to find a new aliveness from the well of your own being.
I offer a non-judgemental, empathic space in which you can become seen and met exactly as you are in the moment. Safety and resourcing are the ground of our meeting. Together we will slow down and meet what is alive in your somatic experience.
Based on your needs and wishes, we can use creative approaches (for example somatic writing, painting, embodied expression and/or ceremonial work) in support of your process.
Your needs, feelings and longings are sacred, and they deserve to be held in a compassionate presence. There is nothing to be fixed in you but only something to be met. Let us discover new pathways home together ♥

Within each living being, there’s a longing to be seen and met in all that we are. This can happen only in the presence of love, for love is the only one that can truly see and meet us. The compassionate presence of another being welcomes us into this world. In this kind of witnessing we can be born fully, from the inside out.
The parts of us that haven’t been welcomed into this world will find their nest in the cellar of our psyche. The cellar, the “underworld”, is the dwelling place for all our unmet and unlived experiences. The hidden parts of our Soul don’t just sleep in the cellar, they ask for our attention through our feelings, sensations, impulses and dreams.
To embody our wholeness requires us to meet and welcome all our parts home. To meet these parts is not any different from meeting a child that longs to be held in the arms of love. This asks a lot of heart and the support of another heart is often needed as we grow our own capacity to hold our experience in love.
